Strange Animals at Chinese Restaurant

Here are pictures of different foods at a restaurant I went to in Guangzhou, China.

They even have water snakes...yummy:

You chose with snakes you want, and they carry it in a basket to the kitchen:

I am not sure what these are...maybe some kind of sexual organ or egg sack:

They also had these shell fish-looking things that grossed me out:
