I recently got a copy of the Ulsan Pear, which is a monthly English newspaper paper run out of Ulsan. It's great, but I'm not in Ulsan and don't really go there--although the paper makes me want to! I'm wondering if there are any others out there though? I think Daegu would benefit from one, but I dont think we have one. I think Seoul must, as I know some of the universities even run English papers. If anyone knows of any others, or even maybe how to go about starting one, please, let me know!

Starting an English newspaper
I started an English newspaper with other foreign teachers at my school when I taught English in Okinawa. First, we wrote articles in MS Word, printed them out, cut and pasted them onto larger sheets of paper, and took them to a printing firm. Then, we got Adobe Page Maker, which is a good program for making newspapers, brochures, and other publications.
Because of the high cost of printing I would recommend do a newspaper website. Does anyone know of any good programs to use for online newspapers?
