Acceptance into Epik

This is a bit dorky; I am curious as to how competitive the EPIK program is.  I realize that most people in this forum are in the program and therefore were accepted but I'm hoping to gauge somewhat what the requirements are.  I am set to this graduate this Spring and it looks like I'm only going to be pulling a 3.0-3.2 come semester end. Also, I have no teaching experience.  I also have a limited amount of extracurricular activities that would make me seem intelligently attractive other than some work with our college paper.  Oh, and I'm graduating from Boise State which isn't exactly highly renowned.

I'm curious because a year or so ago I was considering applying to JET after graduation but decided against it when I heard that public state universities were considered low if considered at all.

Am I just being paranoid?  It's just that I'm sort of staking my future plans on getting into EPIK.

What sort of things should be expected in the interview process?
