I've been working in Ulsan Language Academy for 21 months now, and I must say that it is a nice job. However, in the recent months, we've been swamped with work and it seems as though the board of education is more inclined to push more work on us. We don't work the full 22 hours a week, but our time is spent writing textbooks for the 2-6 week courses that we teach, teaching anione high school classes and any other extra work they decide to give us at maybe as little as a day's notice.
I would strongly recommend this job to those who WANT little vacation, little opportunities to travel and a lot of teachers giving you a score based on your performance as a "teacher."
If you're interested in teaching in Korea, I'd recommend a public school or a university because you get more vacation and they seem to help out more than this language academy.
