Be careful
I would be very careful. Reading other forums etc might be helpful. Also, it depends on what you are looking for and your qualifications. I've had good experiences with koreaconnections (for Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education). They had everything very clearly outlined on the website (etis.sen.go.kr). You almost always have to go through an agency. Schools/school districts do not have time/resources to hire foreign teachers and rely on agencies.
