Just a note to say that I had a really good experience teaching at the Southwest University of Science and Technology in Mian Yang, Sichuan. The students were great, nice location (rural, 20 minutes from fairly large city, 2 hours from big one, Chengdu), and a decent administration (Probably as good as I'd hope for from a Chinese school). Flexible workload (a lot or a little, all depends on how diligent you decide to be), but a good bit of freedom in deciding how you'll fill it.
