Please allow me to introduce our institution a bit. New Dynamic Institute is seeking full time ESL teachers to join our rapidly growing team nation wide. We provide professional English training for adult students in both general and business English.We have already 28 branch schools all over China. And another 12 new schools are opening in 2009.
ESL Teachers at New Dynamic Institute work  a total of 25 teaching hours. Classes are divided into four main types: Enrichment Classes (class size is limited to 6), Outlook Classes (class size is limited to 10), English Corner and Career Salon. All teaching materials are well designed with minimal class preparation.Our students are adults in white collar or university student.

Compensation Package for Full Time ESL Teachers:

 Basic monthly salary:Start  from RMB 6000(Highly experienced candidates can negotiate considerably higher salary packages)
 Airfare allowance; Rmb 6000
 Monthly housing allowance; Rmb1000-1300(free apartment  or  housing allowance)
