For positionsstarting January 4th, departing end of December:

 SEOUL

1.      SungbukECC Located near Sungshin Women’s University subway station (line 4) inSeoul. We are only two subway stops from the famous university district Daehangnolocated at Hyehwa subway station (line 4). This is a very busy university area with many clubs, bars, shops, cafesand live shows. It is the perfect area for those looking to enjoy their nightlife.

 

BUNDANG

1.      Nam-BundangECC Located nearSunae subway station. Bundang is a satellite city of Seoul and is consideredthe most popular satellite city. The Bundang subway line is connected to theSeoul subway system so you can access Seoul easily. The Samsung Plaza area is anice place to hang out as well, as there are many restaurants, cafes, and amultiplex theatre.  

 

2.      JookjeonECC Located near Bojeongsubway station, which is a part of the Bundang line. The Bundang line is alsoconnected to the Seoul subway system. Bundang is considered a clean and moderncity. It can provide a more suburban environment for those who do not wish tolive in the congested urban jungle that is Seoul while providing all the amenitiesand entertainment.

DAEJEON

1.       Daejeon ECC Daejeon has beendescribed as the “Silicon Valley of Korea”.  It is also near Yusong,which is a busy entertainment area with many nightclubs. Also, the Yusong HotSprings are a popular destination for rest and relaxation. You can find all theamenities in Daejeon, such as movie theatres, restaurants, bars, shoppingareas, clubs without the congestion of Seoul. 

 

2.      NoeunECC (N. Daejeon) (line1 @ Banseok Station) near Yuseong hot springs and Chungnam National Universitydistrict and easy access to the outdoors with Gyeryeong Mountain close by.

 

For positionsstarting January 30th, departing end of January:

 

SEOUL1.       SanggyeECC Located right near Nowon Station, whichis considered the hub of the Nowon area. The Nowon area is famous for it’sexpat community as there are many ESL schools in the area, meaning that thereare many foreign teachers. This area is filled with foreign bars, clubs, andrestaurants that cater to the foreign crowd.

 

2.     SsangmunECC Located near the Korea University area.  Marronier Park and various cultural arts centers are located inthe Korean University area also called Daehangno where many university studentshang out.  Ourschool is also near the Nowon area, which is famous for it’s expat community.The Nowon area features many foreign owned bars and restaurants that cater tothe foreign teachers.

 

3.     CheongdamECC Located in the chic and ritzy Apgujeong area, which is part of theaffluent Gangnam belt. This area contains a wide variety of cafes,restaurants, nightclubs, and upscale stores catering to many fashion-consciousyoung people. Being a region that is home to many of the rich and famous, it isoften referred to as the “Beverly Hills” of Korea.It is also Seoul’s premier nightlifedistrict, foreigner/tourist hot spot.

 

4.      MokdongECC Located nearOmokgyo Subway Station. Mokdong ECC is in the affluent Mokdong area of Seoul.Mokdong is considered to be an affluent area with many upscale departmentstores. It is also near theShinchon/Hongdae area that has many bars, pubs, and clubs and is a very famousarea among foreigners and Korean university students.

 

INCHEON

1.      BupyeongECC Located in mostaffluent area of Korea’s 4th largest city.  Across the street from Incheon’s largest indoor gym, Samsan WorldGym and also a short bus ride to the coast.

 WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

l       Salary:2.0 million won to 2.4 million won with rent-free housing

l       Hours: Upto 26 actual teaching hours per week Monday to Friday (No weekend classes).Your salary will be maintained even if you are assigned less teaching hours.

l       Curriculum:A conversation-based program using our pre-made, success-proven textbooks

l       Trainingand Orientation: Up to 5 days of paid orientation by a full-timeteacher-trainer.

 

BENEFITS OFWORKING AT A CORPORATE-OWNED YBM ECC SCHOOL:

l       Rent-freefurnished private housing near the school (bed, refrigerator, washer, gasrange, TV, air conditioner, tables and chairs)
