Recas Academy, located in Gang-nam, one of the best areas in Seoul, is currently looking for great teachers who can teach SATs and other subject tests for our Korean students during summer 2009.
Teachers who taught at Recas Academy in the past came from excellent academic backgrounds, sustaining bachelors, masters and/or doctorate degrees from top universities in the United States.
They were great teachers and assisted Korean students to obtain the necessary scores and marks to enter their dream colleges.
We expect our summer teachers to teach full time, average 6hrs daily from Mon thru Fri with possible Saturday work as well in coherence with our intensive program session scheduled for 12weeks (Second week of June 6/8 ~ Last week of August 8/28)
Salary and benefits:
For those who need housing and roundtrip airfare, we offer 35,000won/per hour (approximately $25) with guarantee of at least 14,000,000 won ($10,000)for all period of summer program. Also, single studio housing and a roundtrip ticket will be provided.
For those who are willing to find their own housing and mode of transportation we offer 50,000 won per hour (approximately $35) with a guarantee of at least 20,000,000 ($14,000)won for all period of summer program.
While we try to accommodate all the needs of our teachers, out of fairness to current Recas Academy teachers, please understand that we do not negotiate the above terms including but not limited to salary, starting and ending dates, Saturday classes and etc.
Exceptions to these terms will only be made under special circumstances and will require consent from Recas Academy administrators.
