BE CAREFUL

This school in Bilbao ????????

Your sincerely

from Italy

is this for real?

I received the same letter and "Derrick Walbran" called me this morning from Spain. I am in the U.S.and I am still trying to understand if this school is for real. Someone told me that schools sometimes ask for money up front. Is this true?

money

Edit: that looks like a scam. No legitimate company is going to ask for money by Western Union.

It is not a scam

Disciples International School is not a scam,i have personally visited the school and discussed with some members of their staff. Not every school that requires money is a scam, they must have their reasons for requesting money, people shoild learn to verify before they condemn.

Martins

Disciples International School, Bilbao, Spain

Martins,

Any email asking for money by Western Union sounds very suspicious. I wouldn't send any money without looking up the school online, calling the phone number listed on the website, and then asking to speak to the people who wrote the email(s). Then I would tell the school that I don't send money by Western Union.

(Don't call the number in the email, call the number on the school's official website -- which I couldn't find.)

I've read things about the school in another forum and the other forum calls it a scam.

Please post the school's address, phone number and website and I'll take a look at it. The school says they were founded in 2007 so they should have a website.

I don't think that you've been to the school. It looks like a typical advance-fee scam.

See this page for more information on how it works:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Employment_scams

It is advisable to be wary of any job offerings which arrive in e-mail unsolicited and eventually require anyone to pay a fee in advance, particularly if the fee is asked to be paid through a financial services company such as Western Union, or if one must pay the amount to a bank or person in a third country (especially a West African nation) that is suspiciously unrelated to either party. Most reputable companies and/or agencies will absorb these costs themselves if they are the ones seeking the employee.

That's a Scam!

Beware, especially when they use the same bad punctuation when "other" people say it is not a scam!

Never ever send money to a school or recruiter. Even if it is legit, which it is not, there are tons of jobs that pay for you to arrive!

Scam

We just received the identical letter last night. They couldn't even change the numbers. NEVER SEND MONEY FOR A JOB!!!!!!!!!
