We are a part of $2 Bn Suhail Bahwan Group in Oman. We have been retained by the Ministry of Manpower and Ministry of Education, Govt. of Oman, for staffing of teaching professionals for their educational institutions across the country.
We have the following vacancy: (We also have a few senior positions open for Head of the Department)
THE JOB: (Code: 'ENSEP09' ) – (For Native English speakers only)
- Effective teaching to students in the range of beginner to advanced level.
- Researching on the related teaching material and evolving the required pedagogy
- Supervision and counseling of students on both, the theoretical and practical activities.
- Timely and comprehensive preparation of examination question papers and quizzes; conducting examinations, carrying out the necessary assessment and reviewing results in compliance with the bylaws and the prevailing college rules and regulations and instructions.
- Systematic maintenance of records of the students' results, activities and attendance.
- Proactive and focused academic counseling and career advice to students.
- Supervising the on-the-job training of the students, providing assistance to the supervisors of industrial sector in charge of the college students during their training and presenting reports on the students' progress to the concerned heads.
- Presenting a report for every semester's activities and suggesting development to the concerned heads.
THE WORK-SCHEDULE: (College week runs from Saturday through Wednesday)
Total Working Hours: 40-hours per week (including administrative duties)
Teaching Hours: 20 hours per week in class (50 minutes per class)

- A Graduate or Post Graduate with 4 years of post degree experience in TEFL / TESL
- Having experience in Multi-media teaching, self-access methods, assessment, course design and testing.
