Qualifications: 
The successful candidate must have teaching experience and a thorough knowledge of Teaching English as a Foreign Language. An appropriate undergraduate degree and a minimum 120 hour course in teaching ESL/EFL from an accredited program, with a minimum of one-year ESL/EFL teaching experience are required. Adult teaching experience is preferred. A Masters degree in Applied Linguistics or TESOL/TEFL/TESL is preferred.

Instructors may also deliver direct instruction to individuals and small groups and assign work which students complete on their own. The instructors will be responsible for evaluating and assessing students' performance and for making appropriate course changes.  Instructors will keep course portfolio documents required for accreditation processes and engage in instructional development/improvement plans.
