1. Salary：The school pays a maximum of NTD $ 70,895 per month tax-free
2. Extra month bonus - performance incentive
3.Over-time pay per every 40 minutes
4. Housing Allowance：5,000NTD /per month
5. Air fare Allowance：Up to $60,000 NTD
