Salary and Bonuses
‧ The salary paid depends on the teacher’s degree(s), certification(s), and years of experience. It ranges from 55,000 NT to 96,600 NT per month.
‧ The amount of guaranteed annual bonuses is about 66,700 NT for 1st year teachers, and 103,000 NT for 2nd year teachers.
‧ The guaranteed salary and bonuses range in equivalence from 23,070 USD to 41,394 USD per year (according to the exchange rate of 31.50).
‧ Overtime teaching (beyond 8 hours per day or 22-24 class hours) pay is 600 NT per period.
‧ Kuei Shan also offers a contract renewal bonus (this amount is performance-based).
